Tritech Computers & Engineers ("Tritech", "we", "us") is an information technology supply, installation and maintenance company operating in Bangladesh since 1997 and formally registered in 2002. Our head office is at Sattara Center, Hotel Victory Building, 30/A VIP Road, Naya Paltan, Dhaka-1000, Bangladesh.

2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you and to deliver what you have asked for.
2.1 Information you give us
- Your name, company or organisation name, email address and phone number when you submit an enquiry form, request a quotation or subscribe to our updates.
- The content of your enquiry — the requirement, site details, quantities or fault description you choose to include.
- Correspondence sent to us by email, phone or in person, and the notes our engineers make when handling a support call.
- Billing and delivery details required to fulfil an order or a corporate agreement.
2.2 Information collected during service delivery
- Asset details of the equipment we supply or maintain — model, serial number, location and service history.
- Network, device or system configuration information necessary to install, diagnose or repair the systems covered by your agreement.
2.3 Information collected automatically
- Standard server log data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit, recorded by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
- Aggregate usage statistics that tell us which pages are read, without identifying individual visitors.
This website does not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent any information about you to anyone.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry — normally within one business hour during office hours.
- To prepare quotations, proposals and corporate agreements.
- To supply, install, configure and maintain the products and systems you order.
- To provide support, arrange site visits and maintain a service history for your equipment.
- To issue invoices and keep the accounting records required by Bangladeshi law.
- To send product or service updates you have specifically subscribed to.
- To protect our website and systems from misuse, fraud and automated abuse.
4. Legal basis and consent
We process your information because you have asked us to do something (answer an enquiry, supply a product, maintain a system), because we have a contract with your organisation, or because we are required to keep certain records. Where we rely on your consent — for example, our occasional product update emails — you can withdraw it at any time and we will act on that request immediately.
5. Client confidentiality
Our engineers routinely work inside banks, government departments, hospitals and insurance offices. Anything they see there stays there. Site layouts, network diagrams, credentials, camera positions, access-control records and any data resident on equipment we service are treated as confidential and are never disclosed, reused or shown to another client.
We name clients publicly only where that relationship is already a matter of public record or where permission has been given. We never publish project details, site drawings or system configurations.
6. Sharing your information
We share information only in these limited situations:
- Manufacturers and distributors — where a warranty claim, a licence registration or a replacement part requires it, and only the details needed for that transaction.
- Delivery and logistics partners — the delivery address and contact number needed to complete a shipment.
- Professional advisers and auditors — where required for our own legal, accounting or audit obligations.
- Legal authorities — where we are obliged by law, a court order or a lawful request from a competent authority in Bangladesh.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal or corporate information under any circumstances.
7. How long we keep information
- Enquiries that do not proceed — kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client and agreement records — kept for the life of the relationship and for as long afterwards as accounting and warranty obligations require.
- Service and asset history — kept while the equipment remains under our support, so faults can be traced across visits.
- Subscription lists — kept until you unsubscribe.
8. How we protect information
- Access to client records is limited to the staff who need it to do their work.
- Engineering staff operate under confidentiality obligations covering every site they attend.
- Equipment received for repair is handled in our own workshop and returned or securely disposed of at your instruction.
- Storage media removed from client equipment is wiped or physically destroyed on request, and we will confirm the method used.
- Our website is served over an encrypted connection and form submissions are protected against automated abuse.
No system is perfect. If an incident ever affected your information, we would tell you what happened, what we did about it and what you should do next.
9. Cookies and similar technology
This website is built to work without tracking you. We use only what is strictly necessary for the site to function and for our hosting provider to keep it secure and available. We do not run advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or behavioural profiling. Your browser settings remain the final control over anything stored on your device.
10. Links to other sites
Some pages link to external resources such as manufacturer documentation or an embedded map service. Those services operate under their own privacy policies, and we have no control over what they collect once you leave this site.
11. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete information we no longer need to keep;
- stop sending you updates;
- explain how a particular record is being used.

12. Children
Our services are provided to businesses and institutions. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
13. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting existing clients are communicated directly to the contact named on the agreement rather than being left for you to discover.
