Our Mission
To keep every client's technology working — by supplying genuine products, installing them properly, and supporting them for as long as they run. We measure ourselves on uptime and response, not on units shipped.
Tritech Computers & Engineers has grown from a single hardware counter in Naya Paltan into a complete corporate IT organisation trusted by banks, hospitals, insurers and government departments.
Tritech began trading in 1997, at a time when a personal computer was still a considered purchase for most Bangladeshi offices. Our founders took a simple position: anyone can sell a machine, but very few will stand behind it once the invoice is paid.
That position shaped everything that followed. In 2002 the business was formally registered as Tritech Computers & Engineers, and the engineering side of the name was deliberate — we wanted to be judged on installation and support quality, not on price lists alone.
As our clients' needs widened, so did our capability. Structured cabling followed hardware supply. Software development followed networking. Security systems, PABX, printing and annual maintenance contracts followed as clients asked us to take responsibility for more of the estate.
Today twenty skilled employees deliver across all fifteen of our service lines. The premise has not changed since 1997: one accountable partner, reachable on one number, responsible from procurement through to the last day of support.
Our head office and service centre since the beginning.
Each step was driven by a client asking us to take on more responsibility.
Tritech starts trading in computer hardware and accessories from Naya Paltan, Dhaka, serving local offices and small businesses.
The company is registered as Tritech Computers & Engineers, adding structured networking and on-site engineering services.
Bulk procurement and corporate agreements are introduced, giving clients fixed pricing across hardware, accessories and consumables.
CCTV, access control and fire alarm installation join the portfolio as clients consolidate physical and IT security under one vendor.
PolyToner refill and cartridge remanufacturing begin, cutting client printing costs by up to 70% while reducing cartridge waste.
Megapixel IP surveillance, IP telephony, intercom and vehicle tracking are introduced for larger multi-site clients.
The one-hour response commitment and free diagnosis become standard on every corporate maintenance agreement.
Our upcoming product line brings direct digital plate imaging to Bangladesh's commercial printing industry.
To keep every client's technology working — by supplying genuine products, installing them properly, and supporting them for as long as they run. We measure ourselves on uptime and response, not on units shipped.
To be the corporate IT partner Bangladeshi organisations name first — a single, dependable source for hardware, software, networking, security and print, delivered with the professionalism of an international engineering firm.
Genuine products, honest diagnosis and quotations that hold. If a repair is cheaper than a replacement, we say so.
Cables labelled, racks dressed, documentation handed over. The parts nobody sees are the parts that fail first.
One hour is a commitment, not a target. Corporate clients reach a named engineer, not a queue.
Our Let's Go Green programme keeps thousands of cartridges out of landfill every year, at a lower cost to clients.
We plan around your budget cycle and working hours. Most of our installations happen after your office closes.
Our engineers train on every new platform we sell — from IP surveillance to VoIP — before it reaches a client site.
Managing six vendors means six contracts, six escalation paths and six people pointing at each other when something breaks. One partner removes that entirely.
One contract, one contact, one team responsible.
Fixed contract rates with no per-visit charges.
Asset registers, diagrams and handover notes.
Cutovers scheduled around your business day.
Our leadership team has been on site, in server rooms and up ladders. Every decision the company makes is made by someone who has done the work.
